Refund policy


If your products arrive damaged or they are faulty, you may return them and obtain a replacement product, provided you notify us regarding the complaint within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Winner Pet will only accept returns in the following circumstances:

You receive the wrong order.

The Product(s) is defective.

The Product(s) is damaged in transit, provided insurance is selected during delivery.


A replacement will be provided for all orders where the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 3 day period if the product is found to be Faulty. In such cases the product must be returned with packaging intact and all correct labels that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the replacement will not be processed.

Upon receipt of returned products, a quality check will take place at our service center, upon the condition that said products are received by Winner Pet in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

A replacement product will be shipped based on the approval report from the service center.

If packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
